About the Role

St Joseph’s Primary School is small school, rich on community and inclusion (Little School with a Big Heart) with an enrolment of 26 students. Our team works collaboratively, planning together and supporting each other to ensure the best outcomes for our students.

Classroom Teacher: 1 x Full-time positions (FTE 1)

Period: Fixed Term

Commencement Date: 27 January 2026

End Date: 26 January 2027

Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting student progress in key learning areas
  • Implementing strategies to achieve targets related to student learning outcomes.

Essential Knowledge and Experience

  • VIT registration
  • Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic School is an advantage.
  • Exemplary teaching practice with proven classroom management practice
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current educational needs and achievement standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including team building and mentoring skills.
